This elegant and classic style 1950’s black taffeta evening gown has pleating detail around the top of the bodice with a side zip original to the piece. The skirt is very full but not lined and could be worn with a crinoline that is not too full to fill out the dress if so desired. The dress is in excellent vintage condition, showing almost no wear, and no faded areas.
